The Division 2 meeting wax held on November 29 at Highmarks Restaurant in Celina. The outgoing Division 2 Lt. Governor, Bob Day of the Lima Kiwanis club officiated.
Bob installed the incoming Lt. Governor, Celina’s Dale Hart, as well as, new club president’s Angela Karen of the St. Marys club and Linda Goodwin of the Celina club.
